Kentchurch Court is a Grade I listed house near the village of Kentchurch in Herefordshire, built around a 14th century tower that still stands at its core.
Local tradition holds that Owain Glyndwr, the Welsh rebel leader, once hid in a room within that tower, which is shown to visitors.
The house contains a chapel with stained glass and a collection of Grinling Gibbons wood carvings.
John Nash carried out substantial work on the house in the early 19th century.

History
The medieval tower at Kentchurch Court dates from the 14th century, and the house has long been associated with the Scudamore family, who held the estate for generations. John Nash carried out significant work on the house between 1795 and 1807, giving the front rooms their present character. The surrounding deer park has a historic landscape.
